Specific criteria for in-wiki classification of nootropics, despite ambiguity.
To be entirely clear, there is NO CONSENSUS on what constitutes a nootropic. The definition is factually ambiguous and should not be changed.
Nevertheless, it seems necessary to define specific criteria to determine what is listed under Psychoactive_substance_index#Nootropics, Nootropic#Examples, etc.
