Background

I have plenty of experience and knowledge of DiPhenHydramine. I started doing DPH a little before the end of my school year, so around late May. I originally started by taking one and doubling my dose every day, but I always research every drug I do, so I stopped doubling it at a certain point, only increasing my dosage by 25mg every so often. I was planning on getting 20 pills for Friday, but I miscounted and accidentally got 23, so I took the 3 I had.

Timeline

T+ 0:00 - Ingested 75mg because I accidentally took 23 pills instead of 20 pills from the medicine cabinet. Why the hell not?

T+ 1:00—Sudden stimulation, like a jolt of electricity, was coursing through my entire body. I felt restless. At the same time, I felt extremely sedated. Everything I was doing before suddenly seemed too boring or complex, so I just watched some YouTube videos.

T+ 2:00 - I went to shower at 6 PM like every day; time felt extremely dilated in the shower. I sat down and closed my eyes. I had some minor CEVs. It wasn't extreme, but it was the type of CEV you get from hypnagogia. The sudden jolts of energy stopped.

T+ 3:00 - I got out of the shower; around this time, the DPH started to act like a rollercoaster; it would go from extreme bodily sensations and lethargy to no noticeable symptoms at all every so often.

T+ 4:00 - I felt extremely exhausted. I closed my eyes on my chair in front of my computer. I didn't want to get up to bed, so I just sat there with my eyes closed. Very minor CEVs

T+ 5:00 - I finally got the energy to get up and get in my bed. I took out my contacts and brought everything I needed to my room. I quickly went to sleep.

I had not done sub-hallucinogenic dosages of DPH in years, so It was like a new experience for me. I do alprazolam almost daily. Sub-hallucinogenic doses of DPH are terrible for sleep or even recreational use. It's way more sedating than alprazolam, to the point of near-paralysis due to demotivation to do the most basic movements or activities. The CEVs experienced could be made possible with even just a milligram of Xanax if you start to nod off. Yet more evidence that DPH is nothing but a poison. I don't see many people being the littlest bit upset if it was taken off the market; no one finds it fun, and the people who use it for allergies can always get a non-poisonous antihistamine.
