Experience report

-> Taking psychedelics once maybe once a year this small dose gave me a nice warm fuzzy experience.

Timeline

  • 1pm

big meal

  • 4pm

oral consumption of mushrooms

  • 4:30pm

doing: cleaning a little, cutting up some fruit in preparation experiencing: feeling a little warm in my stomach and very slightly constricted in throat

  • 4:50pm

doing: started writing this report, started listening to music (minimal/techno), zapping around on my computer

experiencing: realised i probably spent some time cleaning earlier to get rid of my subconcious anxiety, everything on my computer feels very fast, music feels a little better than being sober

  • 5:10pm

doing: went for a smoke, restructiring this trip report, switched music (mild house)

experiencing: stomach is working (neither positive or negative), realized my earlier thought about subconcious anxiety was silly and it was probably more being a responsible adult, house music feels far better than aggressive techno

  • 5:40pm

doing: lying in bed solving chess puzzles on ipad, letting mind wander making myself laugh a lot, intently listening to house music, only getting up to write report

experiencing: music dictates my mood, mind racing, feeling very happy, resisting urge to turn this report into a wall of text, heavy floating/warping/bending of chess board on ipad, slightly sweaty/cold

  • 6:10pm

doing: doing laundry, sitting at computer doing random stuff

experiencing: almost feeling sober again, a little sad that trip feels over

  • 6:40pm

doing: more chores around the house, evening skin-care routine, having some fruit and chocolate pudding, still listening to house music

experiencing: realizing i'm still a little higher than previously thought, no visuals, chocolate pudding tastes amazing, stomach feels a little heavy

  • 7:40pm

doing: lying in bed solving chess puzzles on ipad, letting mind drift, listening to surf-rock, indie and hyperpop, going for a smoke outside, eating some cherry tomatoes

experiencing: heavily switching between feeling emotional and analytical, very slight visuals on chessboard, music still heavily influences my mood, felt almost sober while smoking outside

  • 8:40pm

doing: lying in bed, browsing the web on my ipad, doodling in procreate, listening to house music, watching some short documentaries on youtube

experiencing: still a little emotional in a good way, slowly feeling the trip ending, drawing feels enjoyable, tomatoes were a little heavy on the stomach, wouldn't recommend acidic foods

  • 9:40pm

doing: more chores around the house, listening to dnb and french electro, sitting at computer deciding what movie to watch before going to bed, brushing teeth

experiencing: definitely almost sober now, stomach a little heavy, slightly distraced thougts

  • Opinion:

feels like a great dose for a psychedelics beginner, getting lost but still being able to control no deep insights or life changing thoughts, wouldn't recommend having a big meal before, writing live trip report was a bit distracting but is nice to look back at, might try 2g in a few months
