Meditation Frequencies are frequencies that can cause mind-lingering effects to humans and are often used in settings for sensory deprivation and for meditative or religious purposes. These frequencies are often known as audible waves ranging anything from 3 Hz to 30.000 Hz. Despite frequencies only from 20 hz to 20.000 hz being hearable, it is well documented for a fact that any frequency beyond that can still alter the mind and thought stream similiar in a way like a psychoactive drug would do. Binaural Beats and Monaural Beats effects can only be fully manifested with the use of headphones or earphones as it is easier for the frequencies to reach the brain and cause changes to the mood and thought stream of a user.
There are 2 Types of meditation frequencies. Monaural Beats(Like colors of noise but also shahamic frequencies) and Binaural Beats
There are 6 Types of Binaural Beats: Delta waves , Theta waves , Mu waves , Alpha waves , Beta waves and Gamma waves. All of these types have their own effects and can sometimes have psychological benefits especially for people who have problems with trauma and stress.
Delta waves are associated with deep sleep cycles and the release of physical awareness.
Theta waves are associated with the heavy relaxation that comes from frequent , deep meditation.
Mu waves are associated with a state of physical rest , stillness , immobility.
Alpha waves are associated with a restful and relaxed state that exists when both entering and exiting sleep.
Beta waves are associated with concentration and moderate alertness.
Gamma waves are associated with alertness and sensitive perception.
Subjective effects
Disclaimer: The effects listed below cite the Subjective Effect Index (SEI), an open research literature based on anecdotal user reports and the personal analyses of PsychonautWikicontributors. As a result, they should be viewed with a healthy degree of skepticism.
It is also worth noting that these effects will not necessarily occur in a predictable or reliable manner, although higher doses are more liable to induce the full spectrum of effects. Likewise, adverse effects become increasingly likely with higher doses and may include addiction, severe injury, or death ☠.
Physical effects
The cognitive effects are frequency, mood and state dependent and will occur differently for everyone.
Stimulation or Sedation Meditation frequencies can both be stimulating or sedating depending on factors like the frequency , the setting and the overall state of the user
Geometry caused by meditation frequencies like white noise or binaural beats can often be very simplistic in design , abstract in rules , organic in style , unstructed or structured , dimly lit , multicolored in scheme with flat or glossy shading, sharp edges, either small or large in size, slow and smooth in motion, angular corners, immersive and consistent in intensity. Most often geometry caused by meditation frequencies rarely reach level 2 Geometry and are often very poorly perceived but users with previous usage of drugs often experience these geometry more intensely.
Hallucinatory states
Hallucinatory states are often very rare and occur either after frequent use or after a long time but are generally lucid in credibility, interactive in style, new experiences in content, mostly controllable but can also be autonomous, and are often solid in appearance.
Synesthesia In its fullest manifestation, this is a very rare and non-reproducible effect. Long usage can increase the likelihood of this occurring, but seems to only be a prominent part of the experience among those who are already predisposed to synaesthetic states.

Toxicity and harm potential
This toxicity and harm potential section is a stub.

Meditation frequencies are not shown to have any toxic or physically harming potential to the human body. However frequent auditory exposure to high or low meditation frequencies may cause hearing loss or Visual snow syndrome [1]
