Meditation Frequencies are frequencies that can cause mind-lingering effects to humans and are often used in Settings for Sensory deprivation and for meditative or religious purposes. These frequencies are often known as audible waves ranging anything from 3 Hz to 30.000 Hz. Despite frequencies only from 20 hz to 20.000 hz being hearable, it is well documented for a fact that any frequency beyond that can still alter the mind and thought stream similiar in a way like a psychoactive drug would do.

They so often include noises ranging from white to purple noise and Binaurals , which are the combination of two audible noises which cause a stimulating or sedating effect on the human mind by the audible frequencies reaching the brain. Binaural Beats and Monaural Beats effects can only be fully manifested with the use of headphones or earphones as it is easier for the frequencies to reach the brain and cause changes to the mood and thought stream of a user.

There are 2 Types of meditation frequencies. Monaural Beats(Like colors of noise but also shahamic frequencies) and Binaural Beats

Colors of noise

There are generally 6 Types of color noise waves: brown noise, red noise , pink noise, white noise , blue noise and violet noise. While white noise, blue noise, violet noise and red noise noise are often stimulating and therefore anxiety and focus inducing, noises like pink noise and brown noise can often be sedating and therefore anxiety and focus suppressing

Binaural Beats

There are 6 Types of Binaural Beats: Delta waves , Theta waves , Mu waves , Alpha waves , Beta waves and Gamma waves. All of these types have their own effects and can sometimes cause psychological benifits especially for people who have problems with trauma and stress.

Delta waves are associated with deep sleep cycles and the release of physical awareness. Theta waves are associated with the heavy relaxation that comes from frequent , deep meditation. Mu waves are associated with a state of physical rest , stillness , immobility. Alpha waves are associated with a restful and relaxed state that exists when both entering and exiting sleep. Beta waves are associated with concentration and moderate alertness. Gamma waves are associated with alertness and sensitive perception.

Subjective effects

Disclaimer: The effects listed below cite the Subjective Effect Index (SEI), an open research literature based on anecdotal user reports and the personal analyses of PsychonautWiki contributors. As a result, they should be viewed with a healthy degree of skepticism.

It is also worth noting that these effects will not necessarily occur in a predictable or reliable manner, although higher doses are more liable to induce the full spectrum of effects. Likewise, adverse effects become increasingly likely with higher doses and may include addiction, severe injury, or death ☠.

Toxicity and harm potential

This toxicity and harm potential section is a stub.

As a result, it may contain incomplete or even dangerously wrong information! You can help by expanding upon or correcting it.
Note: Always conduct independent research and use harm reduction practices if using this substance.

Meditation frequencies are not shown to have any toxic or physically harming potential to the human body. However frequent auditory exposure to high or low meditation frequences may cause hearing loss or visual snow
