Laughter fits can be described as the experience of uncontrollable, intense, spontaneous and consistently manifested laughter which occurs under the influence of certain substances. Laughter is a physical reaction consisting typically of rhythmical, often audible contractions of the diaphragm and other parts of the respiratory system.
