This drug is extraordinarily potent (i.e. in the microgram range), to the point that the pure powder can result in a fatal overdose if spilled on one's skin. For this reason, it should never be eyeballed. Fentanyl can also be a fatal when combined with depressants such as opiates, benzodiazepines, barbiturates, gabapentinoids, thienodiazepines or other GABAergic substances. It is strongly encouraged to wear gloves while handling, use volumetric dosing combined with a milligram scale, and to not consume moderate to heavy dosages of depressants in combination with this drug.
