A Relaxed Pleasant Feeling Trip Report – Diazepam (Total Dose: 45.4 mg) Background: I've been using diazepam for restless leg syndrome over the past 15 days, with daily doses ranging between 1.4 mg and 50 mg. This is a detailed log of today's experience with the substance.

T+0:00 — 7:30 PM I ingested 15 mg of diazepam (75 drops of oral solution) with 30 ml of water on an empty stomach.

T+0:15 — 7:45 PM I took an additional 5 mg of diazepam (oral drops).

T+0:30 — 8:00 PM I took another 5 mg sublingually, keeping the drops under my tongue for faster absorption.

T+1:30 — 9:00 PM I smoked a small joint of hashish (~0.2 g).

T+2:10 — 9:40 PM I ingested 12.2 mg of diazepam (61 drops) orally with a small amount of water.

T+2:20 — 9:50 PM Only 10 minutes later, I'm already feeling a relaxed, euphoric sensation washing over me, mostly centered around my stomach. I wasn't expecting such a fast onset from this compound. Interesting. I’ll continue monitoring and reporting.

T+2:30 — 10:00 PM The effects are gradually increasing. Sedation is becoming more apparent.

T+2:45 — 10:15 PM The effects seem to be plateauing. If they don’t intensify, I plan to take another 5 mg.

T+2:55 — 10:25 PM I ingested 8.2 mg of diazepam (41 drops), again with a bit of water. Now waiting to see how the effects evolve.

T+3:00 — 10:30 PM The second booster dose is kicking in faster than the previous ones. I'm feeling warm, fuzzy, and physically relaxed — my muscles are noticeably looser.

T+3:30 — 11:00 PM The intensity hasn't increased further; the experience seems to have leveled out. I’ll keep monitoring, but I don’t expect anything particularly new at this point. From my experience, the noticeable effects of diazepam tend to last 30–60 minutes before fading. This short duration may be due to my developing benzodiazepine tolerance.

T+4:10 — 11:40 PM The effects are slowly declining. I feel more grounded after eating a pita filled with cheese and ham.

T+4:50 — 12:20 AM Coming down — the sensations are diminishing, and I'm gradually returning to baseline.

T+5:10 — 12:40 AM The effects have fully worn off. Now I just feel regular tiredness, which is expected at this hour. I’ll conclude this experience report by saying that I did enjoy the effects, but they were far more subtle than I would have expected given the dose. My current tolerance to benzodiazepines likely played a big role in that.
