Overview
Bruxism is teeth grinding or jaw clenching. It is a fairly common report with many psychedelics and other drugs. Often the suggested treatment for the short-term bruxism that can occur with drug use involves chewing gum or some other food to occupy your jaw, or being mindful or when it is happening and relaxing.
