Template:Warning/Cocoa strains
Avoid dark chocolate from cocoa strains with high caffeine.
The Forastero strain contains virtually no caffeine, while the Criollo contains a lot of caffeine (see the cocoa page for more info). The cocoa strains are not often declared in the ingredients on baking chocolate, so it's better to mix cocoa solids with specified strain with white chocolate. Stimulants (caffeine) combined with psychedelics should be used with caution.
