This drug is extremely potent (in the ug range) and should not be eyeballed. Pure powder can cause a fatal overdose if spilled on one's skin. Fentanyl can also be a fatal when taken in high doses or when combined with depressants such as opiates, benzodiazepines, barbiturates, gabapentinoids, thienodiazepines or other GABAergic substances.[1]

It is strongly encouraged to wear gloves while handling, to use volumetric dosing combined with a milligram scale, and to not consume large amounts of depressants together.
