I have drafted a solution below which describes a suitable data model for storing substance article content as semantic sub-objects which would be rendered using a master template for the published article, allowing modification of variables via form interfaces by contributors.

The listed effects will rarely (if ever) occur all at once, but heavier dosages will increase the chances and are more likely to induce a full range of effects. Physical effects The physical effects of codeine can be broken down into several components which progressively intensify proportional to dosage. The general head space of codeine is described by many as one of intense euphoria, relaxation, anxiety suppression and pain relief.
