Cocoa is yummy! However, some cocoa strains have high caffeine content, and stimulants (caffeine) combined with psychedelics should be used with caution.
The Forastero strain contains virtually no caffeine, while the Criollo contains a lot of caffeine (see the cocoa page for more info). The cocoa strains are not often declared in the ingredients on baking chocolate, so it's better to mix cocoa solids with specified strain with white chocolate.
