The effects are long in duration, in my experience the dose was 150mg and came on strong. There were some MDMA-like efffects early on like nystagmus and euphoria, but eventually that changed to pure stimulation.. and seemingly never-ending stimulation. Duration for me was minimum 10 hours. No real negatives to report about the experience, overall it was quite enjoyable. Interestingly, no negative sexual side effects.
