Harm potential

- Extremely addictive with a high potential for abuse
- Potentially fatal at heavy dosages, unintentionally spilling a very small amount of acetylfentanyl on one's skin could result in a fatal overdose.
Tolerance

- Full tolerance is reached develops with prolonged and repeated use
- Decreases to half after 3 - 7 days
- Returns to baseline after 1 - 2 weeks
